QSI was established on January 27, 2020 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our company is run by young and innovative individuals who have pocketed relevant experience for years. They are experienced in national and international regulations, especially in Forestry, Renewable Energy, Textile, Agriculture, and Management Systems.


Sticking to the principle of the company (Young, Proper Solution, Adaptive, Honest, Professional, Customer Needs), we have a goal to provide accommodative service and proper solution for certification activity in accordance with requirements of our clients.


The service includes complying to national standards, international standards, and voluntary standards.


Once Upon a Time

Recently, rapid industrial development demands business actors to improve their business strategy regarding global market demand. In fact, most of the developments do not encourage environmental sustainability. Massive and irresponsible industrial activities generate loss globally, socially, and etc. to all impacted parties.


Circumstance above is known by people mostly as industrial product users. Along with the time, people demand industrial actors to keep developing their product without abandoning sustainable environment, social security, work safety, and other positive concerns. Industrial actors require certification services to guarantee production quality and to comply with sustainable requirements.


Certification services aim to ensure organization/company apply requirements according to market demands and to increase customer trust in the products.


Some countries, especially developed countries, have started to apply mandatory requirements towards products sold in those countries that have at least certified by some required certification programs.


QSI provides certification services run by professional young people. We give proper solutions for certification problems and adapt to any kind of issues. We are upholding integrity, impartiality, collaboration, and responsibility. We commit to always offer the best and the most satisfactory services to our clients.

PT QSI only earns revenue from certification, verification and validation activities. All revenue comes from invoices to clients, there are no other source of income or cash flows.

Client Requirements

The rights and obligations of the applicant and client are generally described as follows:

  • The applicant and client must comply with all certification program requirements;
  • The applicant and client are prohibited from using certification marks on products that have not been certified;
  • The applicant and client agree to provide unrestricted access to PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia and related parties, in order to maintain the quality of certification services;
  • All the misuse of certificates and certification marks that could harm PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia or certain parties, will be processed based on applicable law in Indonesia.

Code of Conduct

PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia, its Directors, Managers, Staff and others involved in the Certification of Organisations fully understand the importance of impartiality in undertaking its certification activities.


PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia will therefore ensure that in its dealings with clients or potential clients, all employees or other personnel involved in certification activities are, and will remain, impartial.


To ensure that impartiality is both maintained and can be demonstrated, PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia has identified and risk assessed all relationships which may result in a conflict of interest or pose a threat to impartiality.

 

Confidentiality Policy Statement

PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia agreed that confidential information that is written or unwritten received in conducting audit activities, or during other certification activities, during any dealings with an organization shall be treated as private, and safeguards with all reasonable means without any express permission of the organization or individual concerned. The requirement to keep any confidential information will also include any organization that has a legitimate right to audit by PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia.


In other circumstances, where PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia is required by legal to release confidential information to other parties or individual concerned shall, except controlled by law, be notified precedent of information provided.

 

Admission to Records

PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia committed to ensure records of information will be retained in secure manner, only accessible to authorized staff with the only permission of Director and Operational Manager. All record will be made available to authorized organization who can demonstrate a legitimate (and legal) right to views those records.

 

Confidentiality Declarations

PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia will ensure all staff, Directors and Committee Members will need to agree with PT Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia Confidentiality Policy and sign a confidentiality statement.
